DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the Chicago Pharmacists Association Foundation (CPhAF), we invite you to apply to our annual Community Service Scholarship Award. CPhAF, an affiliate of the Chicago Pharmacists Association, was established in 1974 with the vision of supporting aspiring pharmacists through scholarships. Founded by the late Cecil R. Dillard, a dedicated pharmacist, our foundation aims to provide financial assistance to pharmacy students, particularly those committed to serving underserved communities.    Chicago Pharmacists Association Foundation Community Service Scholarship Award    Criteria:    P2 or P3 pharmacy student    Underrepresented minority pharmacy student    In good academic standing (unofficial transcript may be requested)    Member of Chicago Pharmacists Association (CPhA) (preferred)    Resident of Chicagoland    Completion of scholarship award application by February 15, 2025    Service Scholarship details: The award will be announced in May of 2025. The awardee will receive a $1,000 check made payable and given directly to the student.
