Download iCal FileAdvocate Aurora Health (AAH) is excited to account the application is open for Spring Recruitment of Pharmacy Interns! Our program is designed to offer pharmacy students a variety of experiences - both site and system based. The experiences offered expand with each year of professional school and are designed to help build on those skills while taking care of patients.
Opportunities for AAH pharmacy interns include:
- Mock Job/Residency interviews and CV review by a pharmacist and/or pharmacy leader
- Site/System Intern Leadership positions
- Project opportunities with site and system leaders
- Intern Development Series - hear from AAH pharmacy leaders on topics pertaining to professional development and the councils of AAH's pharmacy department!
- And so much more!
Shift responsibilities within AAH's pharmacy internship program may include:
- Medication history collection
- Medication and/or device teachings
- Medication batch checking
- Compounding
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
Staffing commitments will vary between sites.
