This dynamic 2-year program begins in July 2025, with the first year based in Atlanta, GA.
Program Details:

Medical Affairs Fellowship:
- The Medical Affairs Fellow will participate in a two-year program designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the pharmaceutical industry’s medical affairs functions. The Fellow will engage in various initiatives to support Azurity’s goals, develop expertise in medical affairs, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Medical Communications & Strategy: Develop and implement medical communication plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across R&D, regulatory, commercial, and operational units to ensure strategic alignment.
- Professional Development: Pursue elective rotations based on interests, such as drug safety or medical science liaison roles.
Corporate Development Fellowship:
- The Corporate Development Fellow will participate in a two-year program designed to provide comprehensive exposure to business development and corporate strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. The Fellow will engage in various initiatives that align with Azurity’s strategic goals and gain experience in evaluating market opportunities, collaborating across departments, and supporting business development activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis & Portfolio Development: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and data evaluation to identify commercial opportunities and expand Azurity’s product portfolio.
- Business Development & Partner Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, support business development activities, and represent Azurity at global conferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Opportunity Management:
Collaborate with internal teams across various functions to evaluate opportunities, manage the opportunity pipeline, and support due diligence assessments.

Eligibility:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited institution by the program’s start date.
- Strong scientific, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in a pharmaceutical industry career.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; an MBA or one year of postgraduate experience is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
