Download iCal FileThis 4-week, structured, DBT & CBT skills-based workshop will help students implement healthy strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other difficult emotions that arise in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and recent events occurring around the country. The workshop will include skills-building worksheets, activities, and discussion among members.
Please note that there will not be a weekly meeting held on 3/23.
