We are an independent medical consulting and communications agency supporting the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries around the globe. Our mission is to be the highest quality provider of medical communications services to our clients.
It is an exciting time in our company’s history—Prescott just celebrated its 20th anniversary and moved to a great new office space in the heart of Chicago’s financial district. As Prescott continues to grow, we are searching for new entry-level through senior-level scientific writers.
WHO WE NEED

- Individuals with a variety of scientific backgrounds and levels of experience
YOUR ROLE
- Produce consistent high-quality abstracts, posters, slide decks, and manuscripts
- Meet with clients to help develop communications strategies
- Effectively incorporate feedback from clients/authors
- Perform literature searches and research to complete assigned projects
- Work within a team to ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials
- Provide support to other medical writers and account managers
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Advanced biomedical science degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in agency setting (preferred for senior positions)
- Openness to feedback and collaboration
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and respect
